Do Single Soldiers in the Army Have to Pay for Their Barracks?

If so, how much would a new infantry recruit have to pay (11x)? Do most Army bases at least give single soldiers their own room, with their own door? I dont even care if I have to share a bathroom/kitchen/common living area, but I would at least want my own private space. Is that possible?
