Holley Needle and seat stuck (Chevy)?

Trying spraying 'carburator cleaner' down the throat while revving the engine. Fuel tends to create a thing called 'varnish' inside the carburator over time--sounds like you might have that. The carburator cleaner melts/burns it away and will also clean the jets.
