Lost a limb in Iraq, still seen no VA benefits yet.. who should i contact?

2 years ago i was riding a bike during my time off in the streets of Baghdad. I was basically just trying to experience the Iraqi culture and Night life..As i was riding down a street, this teenage iraqi female (Beautiful young lady) tried to ask me something in english. As turned my bike around to see what she wanted. A van across the street from me exploded. (last thing i remember while riding my bike that night). Next thing i know i was in Rose Barracks, Vilseck Germany laying in bed for about 30 minutes till i realize my left leg was missing.
