What size pump do I need?

I have a Betta Barracks, it has 60 1.5L tanks. and A sump tank that is 180L but only 35L is being used as that, the rest is a female Betta tank the pump needs to lift 1.6m high. the whole thing is a drip system, but it has a water height control when it gets over a certain point
