Should President Barrack win a second Nobel prize for saving America from the Bush depression?

Considering how much of a joke the Nobel is now, why not. And it was not the Bush depression, it was a recession, and it was the fault of ALL in Washington, Republicans and Democrats. Besides, the recovery is so slow, we are in danger of slipping back into a recession. So he has not exactly done a lot besides add trillions more onto an already huge debt.
